Kay Adams, our new Grange Master called her first meeting to order this past Tuesday and got right down to business. We have 5 new committees and better than that...we've got 5 volunteers to head them up. We've got folks lined up to handle Outside Maintenance, Inside Maintenance, Fundraising, Membership and Communication & Advertising. Yep, that last one would be ME.
Plans are also underway for another great Grange feast. There will be a Manicotti Dinner on July 27th to begin our 2013 fundraising aimed at purchasing new tables for the Grange Hall. We've been using hand-me-down tables of assorted sizes and in poor condition and it's time to upgrade if we plan on promoting the use of the Grange Hall for local community events. So grab your friends, bring a neighbor or just bring your appetite and come out for a fabulous meal.
